Draft privacy information
Privacy Policy
This page is a working draft so visitors can see how this website handles enquiries. It is not legal advice, and publishing it does not mean the company’s privacy practices have been certified or formally reviewed by counsel.
Who this draft describes
This draft describes the public website of DHAVIRAM VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED and the enquiry form on the contact page.
A public postal address, telephone number, and email address are shown on the site only after they are added to the site configuration. Until then, the contact form is the route for an enquiry.
What the form collects
The form asks for your name, email address, enquiry category, subject, message, and consent. Phone number, organisation, repair category, and a photograph are optional, except that a phone number is required if you ask to be contacted by phone, and a repair category is required for a repair enquiry.
The site does not ask for payment details, government identity numbers, or account passwords.
How an enquiry is handled
Each accepted enquiry is stored in the website database so an administrator can read it.
If outbound email has been configured, the same enquiry is also sent to the configured company inbox. If email has not been configured, the site tells you that the enquiry was saved and was not emailed.
Photographs are stored with the enquiry when you choose to upload one. The form accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP images up to 5 MB, and it rejects other file types.
Cookies and analytics
The contact form uses a necessary security cookie so the submission can be checked. The admin area uses a login session. These are not advertising cookies.
Analytics are not included by default. No advertising tracker is loaded with this website.
How long enquiries are kept
Enquiries stay in the database until an administrator deletes them after follow-up. This draft does not invent a statutory retention period.
Asking for a correction or deletion
Use the contact form to ask for a correction or deletion of an earlier enquiry, and include enough detail for the administrator to find it. This draft does not claim a separate privacy desk.
